Terms and Conditions for Sozo Business Group Study Abroad Application Form

By submitting the Study Abroad Application Form (“the Form”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the application.

1.  Eligibility
   • Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified by their chosen program and destination country.
2. Application Process
   • Submission of the Form does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
   • You agree to fulfill all requirements, including service and tuition fees, for your application to be processed.
   • Sozo Business Group reserves the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent applications.
   • You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded documents (e.g., academic records) are authentic and unaltered.
3. User Responsibilities
   • You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
   • You consent to the sharing of your data with universities, embassies, partner institutions, or third-party service providers as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
   • You are responsible for ensuring your contact details (email/phone) are current and functional.
4. Intellectual Property
   • Uploaded documents remain your property. By submitting the Form, you grant Sozo Business Group a non-exclusive license to use, store, and share these documents for application processing purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • Sozo Business Group is not liable for:
     1. Decisions made by universities, embassies, or third parties.
     2. Denial of visas, program admission, or scholarships.
     3. Loss or corruption of data due to technical errors or unauthorized access.
   • We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information (e.g., program details).
6. Termination
   • Sozo Business Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your application at any time for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.
7. Governing Law
   • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ethiopia’s Jurisdiction.
8. Amendments
   • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Form after changes constitutes acceptance.
